Great resort, highly recommended
Beautiful resort with lots of lovely flowers and palm trees. Staff are very polite and the place is clean. Lots of stunning views and seating areas to enjoy the sea/pool view.
Smoking is allowed in doors at Al Gazeera restaurant which is unsafe and irritating for non smokers. The crows prevented us from enjoying the outdoor area during breakfast, but they were fine in the evening. The food quality was not good the first couple of days. It was below the standard expected of Movenpick, but it has improved afterwards. Still, I did not like the quality of falafel, cheese, pastries, and coffee! The falafel was too hard to eat and too oily, poor quality cheese especially the cheddar, and the pastries were dry and not tasty. It is better to make less pastries but better quality ones. You can learn from Movenpick Al Gouna in Hurghada. I also recommend using a better quality of coffee such as Lavaza Gusto or Guatemala. Offering French press coffee would be a better option than the current ones. The coffee machine was not working all the time! Orange juice also must be fresh if the label says so. Many local and international travellers would notice the difference.
